Job Description

Responsibilities

As part of the software engineering division, you will utilize your foundational to intermediate understanding of software architecture to carry out tasks related to developing, debugging, and designing software applications or operating systems, guided by provided design specifications. You will implement enhancements within existing architectures and, at times, recommend improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing, designing, coding, debugging, testing, and modifying new software or enhancements with attention to software capabilities
• Consulting with stakeholders to understand current functionality and assess the complexity of adding new features
• Debugging complex issues that involve multiple modules, intricate concurrency, or low-level challenges
• Proposing process improvement initiatives related to development, deployment, or application monitoring
• Sharing knowledge within the team through coaching, technical presentations, and blogs

Bonus Points:

• Customer-facing experience regarding UX design.
• Experience with AI/ML implementation
• Experience with Oracle OCI services.
• Experience in HealthCare space.
