Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Phase 1: Cost Optimization

• Eliminate cloud waste and optimize unused resources
  
• Right-size EC2, Cache, DB, and DMS services
  
• Optimize cloud DB performance (AWS, Azure, OCI)
  
• Implement RIs, Savings Plans & cost-saving strategies
  

Phase 2: Cloud Modernization

• Lead migration to Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/OKE)
  
• Implement autoscaling, spot servers & data transfer optimization
  
• Drive DevOps transformation, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/ARM)
  
• Establish SRE frameworks, observability & automation
  
• Build foundations for cloud security
  

Phase 3: Governance & Security

• Implement DevSecOps pipelines
  
• Set up IAM, SSO, least privilege policies
  
• Secure VPN access, WAF optimization
  
• Ensure DB/S3/storage encryption
  
• Drive SIEM, SOC, VAPT & compliance
  
• Build and maintain DR & Business Continuity

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced L3 Multicloud engineer with strong hands-on skills in Azure, AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, DevOps, security, cloud governance, DR, and cost optimization. Must join within 7 days and handle banking-grade cloud workloads.
