Job Description
Profile : Tanzu Support L2 (Sr. Technical Specialist)
Roles & Responsibility :
- Work on a platform for monitoring, logging, and orchestration of container applications.
- Development and implement platform components to support containers, micro services.
- Present technical solutions, capabilities, considerations, and features in business terms
- Perform heath check and troubleshoot issues.
- Work with VMware GSS and ensure resolution to the issues reported in Tanzu setup.
- Experience deploying to and orchestrating containers (VMware Tanzu, Kubernetes, etc.) Docker,
- Experience in configuration management tool such as Ansible Chef
- Experience building, updating, and managing Docker Images
- Strong understanding of CI/CD Pipelines in a globally distributed environment using Git Artifactory, Jenkins, Docker registry, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of with micro-services.
- Deploying and managing micro-services using container orchestration platforms
- Building and updating CI/CD pipelines. Experience of Jenkins or other CI tools.
- Knowledge of developing applications in Java, J2EE, Spring
- Scripting skills e.g. Bash, Python for automation, reporting
- Building solutions for monitoring, logging, security, and scalability of applications
- Experience of working with Active Directory. LDAP, DNS, DHCP, Firewall
- To work in a 24/7 support environment
- Should bring innovation in the platform.
- Should ensure that cloud eco system is being optimally utilized.
- Should keep check on overprovisioning commitment ratios.
- Should ensure that key features of cloud and containerization are utilized.
- Should work with existing vendor team, directly under Bank's team and DGM.
- Perform additional duties as determined by business needs and as directed by bank.
Qualifications: Any Graduate
Job Location : CBD Belapur
TOTAL Experience: Min. 5+ years
Relevant Experience: Min. 3+ years App modernization & Kubernetes.
Mandatory Certification : CKA OR CKAD and VMware certified advance professional.Role & responsibilities
