Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sr. Executive in Field Sales and Client Servicing, with a focus on B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and client servicing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve results.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B sales environment, with a track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in sales software and technology, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to conversion, with a focus on client servicing.
