Job Description

Position Overview:

Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

Role: Spanish Expert

Shift: US Shift (Rotational shift with 2 weekly offs)

CEFR Level TBD

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Spanish-speaking professional to support our eCommerce operations and client services teams. The role focuses on managing Spanish-language marketplaces, assisting sellers and customers, and ensuring smooth communication with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Seller & Customer Support

  • Respond to seller and customer queries in Spanish via email, chat, or calls.
  • Resolve issues related to product listings, order fulfilment, returns, and payments. Content & Catalog Management
  • Translate, proofread, and localize product titles, descriptions, and FAQs into Spanish.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with marketplace guidelines. Operational Coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order issues, cancellations, and SLA breaches.
  • Track and report performance metrics for Spanish-language marketplaces.

Quality & Process Improvement

  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process enhancements.
  • Maintain high CSAT and NPS scores for Spanish-language support.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Neutral Spanish accent with excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Prior experience in eCommerce operations or customer support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
