Job Role: US Healthcare Voice Process (Guardant)

Location: Thane West (Work From Office)

Job Overview:
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a US Healthcare Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, assisting customers with healthcare-related queries, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Interview Process:

• HR Round
• AMCAT Assessment
• Operations Round

Note: AMCAT must be completed before the Operations round.

Assessment Requirements:

• AMCAT SVAR (Spoken English & Grammar) score: Minimum 65 (Mandatory)
• Communication Quality Level: C2

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC / Any Graduate
• Minimum 6 months of voice-based customer service experience (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work in rotational shifts

Salary:

• Up to 35,000 in-hand per month (based on experience and interview performance)

Shift Details:

• 247 rotational shifts (strict adherence to IBU boundaries)

Working Days:

• 5 working days per week
• 2 rotational weekly offs

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions via voice support for US healthcare clients
• Resolve customer queries accurately and within defined timelines
• Maintain compliance with process and quality standards
• Document customer interactions clearly and correctly
