Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Location: Vibgyor High School, Belapur

Experience Required: 3-6 years (Sales & Marketing / Education Industry preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team at Vibgyor High, Belapur. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective parents through the admission process, handling enquiries, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring smooth enrolment of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries related to admissions.
Counsel parents and students regarding school programs and curriculum.
Generate leads through various marketing initiatives and follow up effectively.
Achieve admission targets within defined timelines.
Coordinate with the school team for smooth onboarding of new students.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Marketing background preferred).
3-6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or counselling (preferably in education).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work under targets and timelines.

Salary: As per industry standards
