Job Description
- Configure, administer, and maintain Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform applications.
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and availability of these platforms.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in accordance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Integrate Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform applications.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of these tools.
- Monitor system performance, usage metrics, and logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Optimize solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Implement best practices for data management and application development within the Power Platform.
- Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform.
- Propose and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Power Platform Administrator or similar role.
- Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot and its integration with the Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in developing and managing applications on the Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Azure services and integration with the Power Platform.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
