We are a US-based wholesale e-commerce company specializing in premium smoke & vape shop accessories (510 thread batteries, cartridges, disposables, glassware, etc.) via our Shopify store. We're expanding our B2B sales team and seeking dynamic, resilient agents fluent in **Hindi and English** for high-volume outbound cold calling and emails to US smoke & vape shops.
#### Job Title: Sales Agent (Smoke Shop & Vape Shop Clients, Hindi & English)
- **Location**: Fully remote (India-based)
- **Type**: Independent Contractor (not salaried employment)
- **Working Hours**: Strict night shift MondayFriday, 9:30 PM 5:30 AM IST
#### About the Role
This is a **100% performance-based** remote opportunity for self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills. You'll connect with USA smoke & vape shop owners during their business hours, pitch wholesale products, generate leads, close sales, and build long-term relationships. Ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced, target-driven sales.
#### Key Responsibilities
- Make **100+ manual outbound cold calls per day** to USA-based smoke & vape shops.
- Send targeted follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages.
- Pitch products, secure orders, upsell accessories, and assist with Shopify backend.
- Educate clients on features/benefits/pricing.
- Log all activities in CRM; daily reporting via Google Sheets.
- Participate in virtual team meetings (Google Meet).
#### Performance Requirements (B2B Wholesale Standard)
Achieve **ONE** target every 15-day cycle:
- USD 5,000+ in verified closed revenue, **OR**
- 1,1001,200 valid calls made (tracked via dialer).
- First 15 days: Supported training & grace period (minimal training provided).
- From Day 16: Consistent performance required missing targets may lead to termination.
#### Compensation
- Base Service Fee: 40,00070,000/month (depending on experience & model).
- Incentives: 500 per extra USD 1,000 revenue above target + bonuses for high performance.
- Reimbursements: one-time 30,000 insurance (after 6 months).
- **No PF, ESI, medical, paid leave, overtime.** You handle your own taxes/ITR.
#### Requirements
- **Languages**: Fluent in Hindi & English (clear, professional for team & client communication).
- **Product Knowledge**: Familiarity with smoke/vape products a plus (e.g., glass pipes, e-liquids, mods); minimal training provided.
- **Experience**: 2+ years B2B cold calling/sales preferred (smoke/vape wholesale a big plus); strong freshers with excellent communication considered.
- **Skills**: Persuasive phone etiquette, objection handling, self-discipline for independent night-shift work.
- **Technical**: Laptop (min 4GB RAM), smartphone, noise-canceling headset, stable 10 Mbps+ internet.
- **Tools Provided**: JustCall.io / RingCentral / Aircall.io (dialer & messaging), Zoho CRM, Shopify staff access, WhatsApp Business.

- Strict NDA: Data only on approved systems; no personal storage.
