About the Team
We build internal platforms and tools that power Salesforce demo experiences across products and industries. Our work enables Solution Engineers to deliver consistent, high-quality demos through scalable, intelligent, and automated systems.
This is not a traditional feature team, we build platforms, abstractions, and tooling that other teams depend on.

What You ll Do
As a Member of Technical Staff (MTS), you ll contribute to building and evolving core internal platforms used daily across the org.

- Design and build backend and full-stack features for internal tools and services
- Develop APIs and integrations that connect Salesforce platforms and internal systems
- Build Slack-based tools and workflows to enable automation and self-service
- Work on integrations with off-core platforms such as MuleSoft, Tableau, and internal services
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with a strong focus on reliability
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making
- Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers
- Help improve system performance, stability, and developer experience
What We re Looking For
- 3-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering and system design.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern backend frameworks (Node.js preferred).
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs .
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar).
- Experience working with Slack APIs, bots, or workflow automations .
- Exposure to enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft , and data or analytics tools such as Tableau .
- Strong understanding of version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to take ownership of features from design through production.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving requirements.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Analytics, Agentforce)
- Experience building AI-assisted tools or integrating with LLM-based services.
- Experience building internal developer platforms or enablement tools
- Prior experience supporting internal users at scale (e.g., SEs, Sales, or Ops teams).
