Job Profile
As a Voice Technical Support specialist, you will handle technical queries related to home broadband and landline for UK consumer customers. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and troubleshoot all customer interactions via any channel, identifying appropriate service solutions, including upsell opportunities, efficiently and promptly.
- Make a positive impression with every customer interaction, contributing to First Call Resolution (FCR) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
- Take ownership and follow up on issues to achieve FCR and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
- Identify and communicate areas for improved efficiencies in customer service.
- Demonstrate alignment with Vodafones vision and goals in team and cross-functional relationships.
Core Competencies, Knowledge & Experience
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service within a technical process.
- Experience with Broadband and Wi-Fi Router troubleshooting preferred.
- Voice process background is mandatory.
- Graduate in any discipline (preference for technical/computer studies; other graduates considered with relevant experience).
- High computer literacy and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to respond constructively to change and adhere to Vodafone processes.
- Customer-centric approach, taking accountability for identifying and addressing service issues.
- Based in Pune (mandatory).

- 24x7 Rotational Shifts
- 5 Days working (rotational week-off)
