Role Overview (Must Have)
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (NOT Project Manager) with strong technical understanding and experience delivering end-to-end software solutions.
Candidates with experience as a Tech Lead or Technical Architect are highly suitable.
You will work closely with:
- Engineering teams
- Product teams
- Business stakeholders
To translate business requirements into:
- Clear technical plans
- High-quality, scalable, and secure cloud-based solutions
Required Experience
- 35 years as Technical Product Manager / Engineering Product Manager / Scrum Master with strong technical background
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end web or enterprise applications
Technical Knowledge (Hands-on not mandatory, but strong understanding required)
Cloud
- Good understanding of AWS or GCP
- Compute, storage, networking, security, deployments
Database & SQL
- Ability to write/read basic to intermediate SQL
- Understanding of schemas, joins, and performance
Frontend / Backend
- Node.js
- React or Angular
- REST APIs
- Understanding of frontendbackenddatabase integration
DevOps
- CI/CD concepts
- Environment management (Dev / QA / Prod)
- Version control (Git)
Project & Process Skills
- Agile / Scrum experience (Sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Strong documentation skills (User stories, use cases, flow diagrams, release notes)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Ownership mindset and proactive approach
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Planning
- Own end-to-end lifecycle: Requirements, Estimation, Planning, Execution, UAT, Go-live
- Manage sprint and release plans
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
Technical Leadership
- Convert business needs into technical requirements and user stories
- Define solution approaches and integration points
- Review high-level technical designs
Stakeholder Management
- Act as bridge between business, product, and engineering
- Conduct status meetings, demos, and updates
- Manage scope, timelines, and trade-offs
Process & Quality
- Drive Agile / hybrid delivery models
- Ensure complete documentation (BRD, PRD, API contracts, runbooks)
- Coordinate testing and ensure quality releases
