Ensuring high responsiveness to customers problems. Act in their best interest by providing timely and qualitative resolution to their issues.
Maintenance of relevant registers / Vouchers
Minimising Operational errors / Prevention of frauds
Ensure there are no Interest outstanding at Branch for greater than 30 days
Systematic calling of all NTB customers on Gold Loan and generate referrals for GL (with at least 8 conversions per month)
Job Description ASDM-Cash / Teller
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as in Banking / NBFC.
Eligibility Criteria:
Good interpersonal and communication skills .
Age : Up to 32 years
Educational Qualification: Graduation and above
Experience: 4+ years for KAM and 5+ year for RM into Banking Sales, preferably into portfolio management with relevant experience in Retail Branch Banking / Insurance / Mutual Fund. AMFI / IRDA certified (For KAM / RM)
