Experience: 6+ Years in Sales / Customer Success / E-Commerce Support

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong expertise in Sales, Customer Support, and US E-commerce operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing sales teams, driving revenue, handling customer escalations.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales & Customer Support.
Strong experience working with US e-commerce
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
Ability to work in night shift.
