Tech Mahindra is seeking motivated individuals for the International Voice and Chat Process. This role is ideal for f candidates looking to start their career in the BPO sector and engage with global customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Voice Process

- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones

- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently

- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

 

LOCATION : Mumbai

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate degree

- Excellent communication skills can apply

- Candidates with 6-12 months of international Chat and email process experience can

Compensation:

- Freshers 2.9 LPA

- Experienced Candidates: Up to 5.5 LPA (depending on your last CTC and performance in the interview and process)

 

Shift Requirements:

- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts 24*7
