Job Description
- In-hand Salary:12,500 per month + PF & ESIC
- Incentives:Up to 1,500 per month
- Working Days:6 days working
- Shifts:Flexible shifts
- Week Off:Rotational offs
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries within defined timelines.
- Maintain detailed and accurate call logs in the CRM system.
- Follow communication scripts, quality parameters, and compliance guidelines.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
- Language Requirement: English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email operations).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
