Manage acquisition of new customers for current accounts, saving accounts, retail liabilities, and third party products.
Identify cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and retention of existing customers.
Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction ratings.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance overall banking experience.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
