• Manage acquisition of new customers for current accounts, saving accounts, retail liabilities, and third party products.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and retention of existing customers.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction ratings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance overall banking experience.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
