Job Description

    Role Overview: As an Application Developer, you will be a key member in the design, construction, and configuration of applications to meet the requirements of business processes. Your role will involve close collaboration with different teams to comprehend their needs, devise innovative solutions, and ensure that applications are in line with the business objectives. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, contributing to important decisions, and managing your team's workflow to boost productivity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and work closely with the team to execute tasks efficiently - Make crucial decisions and offer guidance to the team - Engage with various teams and play a role in critical decision-making processes - Develop solutions for issues impacting immediate and multiple teams - Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team capabilities - Monitor the progress of projects and ensure the timely delivery of applications Qualifications Required: Must-Have Skills: - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration - Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration Good-To-Have Skills: - Hands-on experience with Python on Azure Desirable Skills: - Strong comprehension of application development methodologies - Experience in integrating AI technologies into business processes - Familiarity with workflow automation tools and techniques Role Overview: As an Application Developer, you will be a key member in the design, construction, and configuration of applications to meet the requirements of business processes.
