Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer with 3 to 8 years of experience in Dot Net to join our team as a Technical Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Dot Net technologies.


• Lead a team of software engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.


• Develop and implement technical solutions to complex problems.


• Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.


• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Job Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Dot Net technologies and software development principles.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Experience with version control systems and continuous integration tools.


• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
