Job Description

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Experience mentoring junior developers.

English proficiency for working in an international environment.

Essential functions

Infrastructure as Code, working knowledge: Terraform, Bicep, Ansible.
Performance Tuning: Optimization of high-load applications and distributed systems.

Qualifications

Experience: At least 5-6 years of experience in Java development.
Frameworks: Strong knowledge of Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Cloud) .
Databases: Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle (query optimization, transactions, indexing).
Microservices: Understanding and experience with microservices architecture , Docker, Kubernetes, service mesh .
API Development: Experience with REST API / GraphQL design and implementation.
CI/CD: Familiarity with one of those: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps .
Testing: Experience with JUnit, TestNG, Mockito , and integration testing.
Security: Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (at least one rom the list: OAuth2, JWT, SAML ).

Would be a plus

Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP (at least one).
Messaging: Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ , or similar technologies.
