About the Role

We are looking for Python Backend / Full Stack Developers with hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about building scalable web applications and working with cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Python using frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django
  
• Solid understanding of backend system design, RESTful APIs, and web services
  
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  
• Practical exposure to Generative AI technologies, including:
  
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
  
• Prompt engineering
  
• Vector databases
  
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer, or similar
  
• Experience with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and CI/CD pipelines
  
• Comfortable working in Agile environments using tools like Git, Jira, and Scrum/Kanban

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Frontend development experience using React, Angular, or Vue.js
  
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or Hugging Face Transformers
