Role & responsibilities

We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for a blended BPO process. The role involves handling customer interactions through both voice and non-voice channels while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO environment (mandatory)
Freshers are not eligible
Excellent communication skills in English
Comfortable working in complete night shifts
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Salary & Benefits:

CTC up to 4 LPA (based on experience and performance)
