Position Overview:
As an integral part of our Managed Services team, the Senior System Administrator specializes in troubleshooting complete infrastructures, including wired, Wi-Fi, and security frameworks, with a strong focus on Windows servers, Azure, Firewall, Office 365, Exchange server, Backups and Networking. This role requires a proactive, self-starting individual who can manage multiple projects from design through implementation, effectively communicate technical information to a variety of audiences, and drive projects to successful completion. This highly client-facing position demands excellent service skills across phone, email, and remote assistance platforms, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Required skills: The candidate should be comfortable to work on Exchange servers and M365.
The candidate should possess hands -on experience of windows servers.
The candidate should be aware and knowledge of 3rd party backup tools (Veeam, Datto and Acronis)
The candidate must possess experience of Networking and can work on port forwarding.
The candidate should have experience of Firewalls (SonicWALL, Palo Alto, FortiGate etc.)
The candidate should have hands-on troubleshooting experience of Desktop, printer issues, DNS and DHCP issues.
Any experience on RMM and Ticketing tools is preferable.
The candidate should have hands-on experience on Azure and Azure AD.
Education and/or Experience: Any Technical qualifications (BCA, Btech, B.Sc IT).
Desirable Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) and MCSA certifications Preferably AZ900/AZ104 certification.
Cisco CCNA / CCNP certification is highly valued.
