Delivery Director(gen Ai/agentic Ai) @ Grid Dynamics

Job Description

Grown progressively from a software developer background at least 7-8 years of dev experience in multiple industries at enterprise level

- Strong academic background-MASTERs level education desirable

- Experience as Tech Lead of architect and work in Pre-sales strongly desirable

- 5 years + Experience with services firms at leadership level 

- Working/Serving GCCs or teams in GCCs in India- very desirable 

- Excellent Oral and written communication skills and a pleasing personality 

- Excellent level experience/expertise in traditional application development, system design, Technical and solution architecture 

- Excellent knowledge through certifications or hands on experience in Cloud, Data, full stack engineering

- Very strong knowledge and preferable experience in delivering digital platforms with AI or Gen AI components as part of the solution 

- very strong knowledge of how GEN AI works and its use on business applications 

- Should have led larger teams in excess of 300 personnel

- Not more than 18 years of experience

- Preferably experience in CPG/Retail/BFSI/Automotive or manufacturing 

- Any certifications on agile, cloud, AI -strongly preferred
