Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Architect with 6 12 years of overall experience and a strong balance of business acumen and technical expertise . The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in building, deploying, and scaling enterprise-grade GenAI solutions , with hands-on experience across advanced LLMOps, Agentic AI, and fine-tuning techniques. Essential functions
- Define AI use case architecture (predictive alerts, error models, assignment engine, RAG setup agent, low-cognitive UI).
- Design the Data Platform for telemetry/log ingestion and transformation.
- Define real-time and batch data pipelines for model training and retraining.
- Design model serving and lifecycle management (validation, versioning, drift detection).
- Architect RAG pipelines (indexing, chunking, retrieval, knowledge base).
- Collaborate with Java Architect to expose required events and APIs.
- Collaborate with Platform Architect to ensure infra supports AI workloads (GPU/CPU, memory, scaling).
- Work with DevOps to implement MLOps workflows and automated model deployment.
- Define governance of AI components (auditability, safety, explainability).
Qualifications
- Strong experience in ML/AI architecture (production systems scale, not just notebooks)
- Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow / scikit-learn)
- Understanding of event streaming systems (Kafka or equivalent)
- Experience designing data pipelines and feature stores
- Experience with model lifecycle management (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or similar)
Would be a plus
- Experience building RAG systems (vector databases, embedding pipelines)
- Time-series anomaly detection background
- Experience deploying AI workloads on Kubernetes
- Familiarity with industrial or telemetry-heavy domains
