Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Blended Process


The International Blended Process Executive will handle both voice and non-voice interactions with international customers, ensuring high-quality customer service, issue resolution, and adherence to company policies and SLAs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound/outbound voice calls, emails, and chat support for international customers
  • Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Follow compliance, data security, and process guidelines
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when required
  • Provide a professional and empathetic customer experience
  • Adapt to process updates and participate in training sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Ability to multitask across voice and non-voice channels
  • Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
  • Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company requirement)

Preferred Skills


  • Prior experience in international BPO or blended process
  • Familiarity with global customer service standards
  • Typing speed of 3040 WPM (for chat/email processes)
