Job Description

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Bash scripting and Linux.
• Solid understanding of IP Networking protocols (MAC, SNMP, RTP, SRTP, DNS).
• Knowledge of Avaya products is an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve non-routine or undefined problems.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capability to define, implement, and adhere to schedules.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
