Job Description

We are looking for experienced Customer Retention Executives for an International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling international customers, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to retain customers through effective problem-solving and negotiation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound voice calls for international customers
  • Manage customer retention by addressing concerns, objections, and cancellation requests
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and offer suitable retention solutions
  • Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining service quality
  • Meet or exceed retention, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Maintain proper call documentation and follow process guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in International Voice Process
  • Prior experience in Customer Retention / Save Desk is plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle objections
  • Comfortable working in Night and Graveyard Shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience handling US/UK customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred
