Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced developer to manage the full lifecycle of chatbot and voicebot applications. In this role, you will design, build, enhance, and maintain these tools to meet business needs. You will work closely with business teams to understand requirements, analyze data, and create intelligent automation solutions. If you enjoy developing smart conversational AI systems and using data to improve performance, we would love to have you on our team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Chatbot & Voicebot Development: Design, develop, enhance, and maintain chatbot and voicebot applications to support business requirements.
- System Support: Ensure performance, stability, and scalability of systems related to conversational AI.
- Requirement Gathering: Work with business teams to collect, analyze, and define system and technical requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze datasets, automate data handling, and use refinement tools to improve chatbot intelligence and accuracy.
- Solution Design: Translate business needs into effective and innovative AI-based solutions.
- Coding & Testing: Write, test, debug, and document high-quality code for conversational systems.
- Bot Training: Train and optimize bots using historical chat data and user inputs for better responses and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in chatbot, voicebot, or virtual agent development.
- Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with NLP and conversational AI platforms, such as: Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Alexa, Rasa, LUIS, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson, Kore.AI, or similar.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
- Experience in chatbot training, conversation design, and data processing.
- Understanding of NLP fundamentals like syntax, semantics, and dialogue management.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Quick learner with a passion for new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Generative AI (Gen AI) tools like VertexAI Agent Builder, LangChain, or CrewAI.
- Knowledge of agentic or multi-agent AI architectures for task automation.
- Experience in deploying AI models on cloud platforms such as Google Vertex AI, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
