Job Title: Accountant
Work Location: Thane (Work From Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Working Hours: General Shift 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles and capable of handling company accounts independently.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage GST filings, TDS returns, and statutory compliances
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Coordinate with auditors during audits
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records
- Support management with financial data and reports as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant (preferred)
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / Excel / similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
