Job Description

We urgently require Experienced Patent Agents/ Patent Associates in-

Chemistry and Biotechnology

Prior Art Searches- both patent and non-patent publications

Drafting of patent Applications- both provisional and complete specification

Prosecution of Patent Applications, drafting reply to examination reports

Attending hearing / Assisting in hearings

Drafting/Assisting in drafting of patent opposition representations and reply statements

Patent infringement analysis and preparing reports

Educational Qualification (Mandatory)

M.Sc. / M. Tech./B. Tech. in any of the above mentioned technical fields

Professional Experience-

Minimum four years experience in IP Law Firm or In-House IPR is desired.

Freshers NEED NOT apply

Preferred job location is Hyderabad.

Request from deserving candidates for Hybrid mode/ remote working will also be considered

Only experienced candidates with required qualification and experience must apply
