Synopsis

We are looking for a Video Developer with strong knowledge of the video production workflow and hands-on experience in post-production. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing videos to ensure they meet client specifications, visual standards, and quality guidelines. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to maintain high-quality output.

A Day in Your Life

• Provide chroma key presets (green screen removal) to the post-production team
  
• Suggest suitable background images for presenters
  
• Ensure graphics, layouts, and visual styles follow approved guidelines
  
• Verify audio clarity, consistency, and proper synchronization with visuals
  
• Confirm smooth transitions, proper safe-area usage, and correct placement of overlays
  
• Ensure adequate space is maintained for subtitles and SME framing follows the rule of thirds
  
• Perform minor edits in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects as needed
  
• Review vendor-delivered files and provide constructive feedback
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding requirements and issues
  
• Update review trackers regularly and maintain documentation
  

Skills in the Spotlight

• Experience in video review and post-production editing (After Effects and Premiere Pro)
  
• Strong eye for detail and quality consistency
  
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and technical standards
  
• Good communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and vendors
