Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI with SuccessFactors Consultant who can design, develop, and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors modules and SAP/third-party systems. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), iFlows, APIs, OData, and SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Role and Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end integrations using SAP CPI/Cloud Integration for SuccessFactors and ERP/HCM systems.
- Build, modify, and troubleshoot iFlows, mappings, and integration artifacts.
- Work with OData APIs, SOAP APIs, SFTP, and other integration protocols.
- Implement integrations for SuccessFactors modules such as:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Performance/Goals
- Compensation
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Integration Center, APIs, and scheduled jobs.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation across systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
- Conduct UAT, issue resolution, migration, testing & documentation.
- Ensure integration security, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Handle post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8-20 years of experience in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
- Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors integrations, especially Employee Central (EC).
- Proficiency with:
- iFlow development
- OData API / SOAP API
- XML, JSON, XSLT, REST
- SFTP, HTTPS, Certificates
- Experience with SAP BTP / CPI tenantsdesign, deploy, monitor, and manage workloads.
- Knowledge of SF metadata framework, permissions, data models, and employee lifecycle.
- Ability to debug integration failures using SAP CPI Monitoring Tools.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (EC or any module).
- SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite certification.
- Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA HCM integration.
- Knowledge of SAP API Business Hub.
