Job Description

Synopsis
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to review and manage infographic deliverables created by external partners. This role focuses on ensuring all designs meet client brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and project timelines, while maintaining clear and effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.

A Day in Your Life

Review and quality-check infographic files for branding accuracy, layout consistency, and WCAG accessibility compliance
Maintain and follow design review checklists, ensuring use of approved colors, fonts, and visual hierarchy
Coordinate with external vendors on timelines, feedback, and revisions to ensure timely delivery
Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve design quality
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with creative and client requirements

Skills in the Spotlight

Bachelors or Masters degree in Fine Arts or related field
3+ years of experience in graphic design (infographics, branding, or digital design preferred)
Strong understanding of accessibility standards (color contrast, readability, hierarchy)
Experience working with or reviewing deliverables from design vendors
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) and tools such as Figma or Google Slides
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
