Details are as follows:

Designation :- Salesforce CPQ

Qualification : Any Graduation

Experience :- 5-10 Years

Skillsets : Salesforce CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, UAT, Billing flows and integration, ERP Billing etc


Role Description


1. Core Technical Skills Salesforce CPQ (Must-Have)


The candidate must have deep, hands-on, end-to-end expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including:


  • Product & Price Book setup
  • Bundle configuration, Product Rules, Constraint Rules
  • Quote templates, Quote line editor customizations
  • Discounting, approval rules / advanced approvals
  • Contracting, Amendments, Renewals
  • CPQ automation (triggers, flows, validation logic)
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across CPQ data structures
  • Ability to design scalable CPQ solutions for complex quoting scenarios

2. Business Process Expertise


Strong functional understanding of the full Lead-to-Revenue / Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including:


  • Opportunity management
  • Quote creation, updates, and approvals
  • Contract creation and lifecycle management
  • Subscription lifecycle (renewals, amendments, expansions, cancellations)
  • Provisioning workflows
  • Billing flows and integration touchpoints
  • ARR / Revenue recognition considerations
  • Understanding how CPQ decisions impact downstream systems (ERP, Billing, RevRec)

3. Communication & Stakeholder Skills


  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify use cases, and explain solution impacts
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments
  • Strong documentation skills (config documentation, process flows, UAT notes)

4. Work Style & Collaboration


  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet US overlap needs
  • Proactive, independent, and capable of driving tasks with minimal guidance
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with ownership attitude
  • Comfortable joining design discussions, daily standups, and supporting UAT

5. Experience Requirements


  • 5 to 10+ years overall Salesforce experience
  • 3 to 5+ years hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience (must be deep, not superficial)
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise-scale Q2C environments
