Oracle CPQ Technical Specialist

Responsibilities

Develop and implement CPQ solutions using BML and Groovy scripting.
Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the CPQ system.
Provide technical support and guidance to the team and clients as needed.

Required Skills

Proficiency in BML Scripting: The candidate must have a strong understanding and hands-on experience in BML scripting to develop and implement solutions.
Expertise in Groovy Scripting: The applicant should have a solid background in Groovy scripting, which is essential for managing and manipulating data in the CPQ system.
CPQ Functional Knowledge: The candidate must have a deep understanding of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functions, including configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Preferred Skills

Order Management: Knowledge of order management processes and systems would be beneficial.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are desirable for effective team collaboration and client interaction.
Java Programming: Familiarity with Java programming can be an added advantage.
Oracle CPQ Certification: Having an Oracle CPQ certification can be a plus.
Project Management: Experience in managing projects and coordinating with different teams can be beneficial.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Knowledge of CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Oracle Sales Cloud can be an advantage.
Understanding of E-commerce: Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and processes can be beneficial.
Experience with REST APIs: Familiarity with REST APIs and their integration with CPQ systems can be a plus.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
