Job Description

Job Summary:

This role is open for candidates with a strong foundation in AI/ML and a demonstrated interest or experience in GenAI.

Core Skills:

Expertise in developing and optimizing complex AI/ML applications Strong understanding of AI/ML libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc. Experience in using AI/ML development tools and technologies Familiarity with software testing and debugging best practices.

1. Design and develop GenAI solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral).
2. Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific use cases.
3. Build pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
4. Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to integrate GenAI into applications.
5. Stay updated with the latest GenAI research and tools, and evaluate their applicability.
6. Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices in model development and deployment.
7. Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
8. 28 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 12 years in GenAI or NLP.
9. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
10. Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
11. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
12. Understanding of ethical AI principles and data privacy considerations.
