Oversee and validate biochemistry laboratory testing and reports.
Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with NABL/ISO standards.
Supervise lab operations, equipment calibration, and reagent management.
Guide and train technical staff on testing protocols and best practices.
Review abnormal results and provide clinical interpretation when required.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality guidelines
