Service Now-ITOM @ Infogain

Job Description

ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and/or SecOps modulesparticularly Vulnerability Response. Must be able to deliver complex implementations and build scalable ServiceNow solutions.

   Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITOM and/or SecOps modules. 
   Drive ITOM initiatives including Discovery, Event Management, and Cloud Discovery.

   Create, test, and deploy Discovery patterns and configure MID Servers for seamless integration and automation.

   Integrate external systems (AWS, Azure, vCenter) to populate and synchronize CMDB data.

   Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement CMDB Data Models (CSDM), ensuring data normalization and reconciliation.

   Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other tools.

   Automate processes using scripting languages such as JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting), PowerShell, and Python.

   Gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

   Customize and configure ServiceNow applications following best practices to maintain platform integrity.

   Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with security standards.

   Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and proactively recommend platform enhancements.

Skills & Competencies:
   Strong understanding of CMDB architecture, Discovery patterns, and integration with external systems.
   Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server configurations.
   Familiarity with CSDM and data normalization/reconciliation practices.
