About the Role
Amantya Technologies is looking for smart, driven, and proactive Technical Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment and a passion for hiring high-quality technical talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, Negotiations & offer management
- Execute lateral and bulk hiring for IT roles across various technologies
- Drive product-based hiring and work closely with technical stakeholders to understand requirements
- Develop and implement effective technical recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Support campus recruitment initiatives (good to have)
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS and recruitment tools
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in technical recruitment within the technology sector
- Strong understanding of IT hiring processes and recruitment best practices
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
