About the Internship
Our Internship Programmed is designed to train and develop skilled recruiters by providing practical exposure to the hiring process. You will work closely with our Recruitment and Internal Hiring Teams, learning end-to-end recruitment strategies and industry best practices.

Consider those Women who graduated in 2025 Only (BCom, BA, BSc, BTech, MCA, MBA HR or any other field)
Fresher Opening for Internship
Minimum 75% marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation
Strong communication skills
Own laptop with Windows 10/11 & Outlook 2019+)
Giving Preferences to small town city
Candidate should not belong to METRO CITY. She should be 100km away from Metro City.
What You'll
Learn & Do
Sourcing candidates through job portals & referrals
Screening resumes & scheduling interviews
Coordinating hiring processes with recruiters
Gaining practical experience in recruitment & HR
After completing successful 6 weeks Online Training u will get Training Certificate and 1000 Rs as a Reward bonus and then u will Promote for INTERN (Full time ) in ORCAPOD.
Internship Salary (6 Months): 8,000/month + 500 mobile reimbursement
After completing 6 months promote as a Associate and Salary will be up to 12k plus all benefits

Training Completion Certificate (6 weeks)
Internship Completion Certificate (6 months)
