Job Description

Role : Support Engineer

Location : Remote

Full time- US time zone


We are seeking a Support Engineer to deliver first-line technical monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support for our AI/ML-based enterprise platform. This role requires working during US business hours to maintain alignment with the global support and engineering teams. The Support Engineer will be responsible for proactive system monitoring, ticket triage, and coordination with senior engineers for incident escalation and resolution within a dynamic, high-availability environment.


Responsibilities

Monitoring & Triage:

  • Monitor system health dashboards and identify anomalies.
  • Handle L1/L2 support tickets and escalate complex cases.

Technical Support:

  • Perform log and API analysis to isolate issues.
  • Execute standard operating procedures for system restarts, config updates, and health checks.

Documentation & Collaboration:

  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, root causes, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers for recurring problem identification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or software operations.
  • Exposure to AI/ML platforms, NLP, or automation systems preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and learning agility.

Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience in application or platform support (L1/L2) for enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with microservices, APIs, and containerized environments.
  • Basic understanding of Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.
  • Proficiency with monitoring and alerting tools (AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk).
  • Ability to perform log analysis, triage, and issue escalation.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to AI/ML product support, LLM-based systems, or data pipelines.
  • Experience with Python or Node.js scripting for automation.
  • Knowledge of vector databases and AI search optimization concepts.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and incident documentation workflows.
