Job Description
Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Exp: 3 to 12 Yrs
Job Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon, Kolkata
Face to face drive location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon, Kolkata
Drive date: 10th January 2026 (Screen selected candidates will receive mail on Friday for Face-to-Face Interview)
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Sound knowledge & experience of marketing domain processes spreading across the industry leading tool platform of SFMC
- Understanding of the Digital Marketing processes including Cross Channel Marketing - Campaign Orchestration, Real-time Interaction, 1-to-1 User Journeys, Next Best Offers etc.
- Experience in analysing business requirements and map them to technical flows.
- Understanding of CAN-SPAM, Email regulatory compliance, and deliverability elements like Sender's Configuration
- Experience of Integrating with CRM platform (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud /MS Dynamics etc.) to push/pull data
- Experience of integrating with web analytics tools like Google Analytics. Various Report configuration and creation.
