Key Responsibilities:
Lead functional testing efforts across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
Design, review, and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test data.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Perform SQL queries to validate data integrity and backend processes.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (Azure DevOps).
Ensure timely reporting of test progress, metrics, and risks to stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior testers, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
