Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Datascientist with strong expertise in machine learning and deep learning model development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with modern ML frameworks, strong Python skills, and a solid understanding of end-to-end model development workflows.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
- Work with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow to build, train, and optimize models.
- Perform hyperparameter tuning and manage model training workflows.
- Implement best practices in model evaluation, validation, and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7 years of hands-on experience building ML or deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience working with version-controlled code (Git).
- Solid understanding of core ML concepts such as:
- Supervised and unsupervised learning
- Neural network architectures
- Regularization techniques
- Evaluation metrics
- Model validation
- Experience with hyperparameter tuning tools and model training workflows.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
