Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our Testing Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing services and excellent leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using various tools and technologies.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test cases, scripts, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Experience with automation testing tools and technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
