Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue of your area.
Self motivate to meet and exceed sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/clients, connectors, & DSAs.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and participate in industry events and trade shows.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, or any field.
1-5 years of proven experience
