Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Market consultants placed on the bench (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.) to clients and vendors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients.
- Create and manage consultant profiles, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Work closely with the recruitment and technical teams to understand skill sets and project needs.
- Utilize job portals, social media, and other sourcing methods to identify suitable opportunities for bench consultants.
- Negotiate rate/salary with vendors and clients to ensure maximum profitability.
- Handle interview scheduling, follow-ups, and client feedback coordination.
- Maintain and update the database of consultants and client contacts.
- Ensure timely placements and effective utilization of bench consultants.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social networks (LinkedIn), and vendor management systems (VMS).
- High level of initiative and drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple consultants simultaneously.
