Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Must have skills :Flutter Software Development Kit (SDK)Good to have skills :GraphQL (Query Language)
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification :15 years full time educationSummary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging to enhance application functionality, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency in the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define requirements and translate them into functional applications.3. Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.4. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.5. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.6. Troubleshoot and debug issues, proposing solutions to improve performance and user experience.7. Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutter, AI, and 3D AR/VR technologies. Professional & Technical Skills:

1. Proven experience in mobile application development using Flutter and strong understanding of Dart.2. Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate through proof of concepts.3. Experience with RESTful Services and OpenAPI (advantageous).4. Experience integrating RESTful/GraphQL APIs with backend services.5. Familiarity with version control systems (Git).Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.6. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles to enhance user experience.7. Familiarity with Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) basics for native integrations.8. Strong understanding of SOLID principles and CLEAN Architecture.
Good to have skills:(If any)1. Knowledge of Native Development2. Experience with Flutter Web or DesktopAdditional Information: 1. The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience.2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.3. Strong active listening, multitasking, and organizational skills.4.
